Acceptance
By using eR33t.com, joining an eR33t Discord space where AlexAI is active, interacting with
AlexAI, submitting a pilot request, accessing a dashboard, or using a managed pilot, you
agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you are using AlexAI for an organization or community, you confirm that you have authority
to accept these Terms for that organization or community.
What AlexAI is
AlexAI is the Discord bot and web control plane for the eR33t Gaming community. It combines
Discord chat, Discord voice, long-term memory, generated media, public website surfaces,
protected admin dashboards, telemetry, blog-style posts, and managed pilot tooling.
The origin eR33t server is the live proving ground. Managed pilots are offered selectively so
the product can be configured, monitored, and supported with the right privacy and community
boundaries.
Eligibility and mature content
AlexAI and the eR33t Gaming community are intended for adults. The public site and Discord
spaces may contain mature humor, strong language, generated media, and social commentary.
Do not use AlexAI if you are under 18, if you cannot agree to these Terms, or if your use is
prohibited by law or by Discord's rules.
Community owners requesting a pilot are responsible for telling their members where AlexAI is
installed, what channels or voice spaces it can access, and what local server rules apply.
Accounts, dashboards, and pilots
Some surfaces require a dashboard account, Discord permissions, or operator approval. Keep
credentials confidential and do not share dashboard access. We may suspend or remove access
if we believe an account, server, pilot, or integration is unsafe, abusive, inactive, or
inconsistent with these Terms.
Any paid pilot, custom deployment, service-level commitment, or commercial support term must
be confirmed separately in writing. Website language is not a promise that every requested
feature, integration, or pilot will be accepted.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use AlexAI or eR33t.com to:
- Break the law, violate another person's rights, or violate Discord rules or platform
terms.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, dox, impersonate, stalk, or target people outside normal
server moderation and banter boundaries.
- Submit illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate
content, malware, credentials, private keys, or highly sensitive personal data.
- Scrape, overload, probe, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, or attack the site, bot,
dashboards, APIs, or underlying infrastructure.
- Use AlexAI output as professional legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or
mental-health advice.
- Use Discord message content or API data from AlexAI to train competing AI models or
build unrelated data products.
AI output and generated content
AlexAI uses AI systems to generate chat responses, voice responses, summaries, captions,
images, videos, telemetry summaries, and editorial posts. AI output may be inaccurate,
incomplete, offensive, outdated, or unsuitable for your intended use. Review output before
relying on it or publishing it elsewhere.
You remain responsible for prompts, files, URLs, messages, instructions, and other content
you provide. Generated content may be logged, moderated, removed, edited, refused, or used
to improve the AlexAI product experience, subject to the Privacy Policy and any pilot
agreement.
Do not submit another person's private image, voice, avatar, likeness, or identifying context
for generated media unless you have the right and community permission to do so. Public
gallery or blog artifacts may be removed or redacted after a valid safety, privacy,
publicity, copyright, or community request.
Data, memory, and deletion requests
AlexAI's core feature is memory. Depending on where it is installed and how it is configured,
AlexAI may process Discord usernames, user IDs, messages, commands, channel context, voice
transcripts, generated media records, relationship state, mood signals, telemetry, dashboard
audit logs, and pilot inquiry data.
The Privacy Policy explains what is collected, why it is used,
how long it is retained, and how to ask for correction or deletion. We will not sell Discord
API data. We may delete, redact, or refuse to display content when required by law, platform
policy, community safety, infrastructure health, or a valid data request.
Third-party services
AlexAI depends on third-party platforms and services, including Discord, AI model providers,
analytics providers, hosting/storage providers, media/search providers, calculation APIs,
fantasy or market-data providers, web content sources, and payment or support providers if
added later. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
AlexAI is not endorsed by Discord, OpenAI, Google, or any other provider unless we say so in a
signed agreement or an official announcement from that provider.
Availability and changes
AlexAI is an evolving system. Features may change, break, disappear, be rate-limited, or move
behind operator approval. Public telemetry is delayed, filtered, and redacted. We may update
these Terms when the service changes. The update date shows the current public version.
Disclaimers and liability
AlexAI and eR33t.com are offered for the current community and managed-pilot context without
service guarantees. Do not rely on AlexAI where downtime, incorrect output, or lost context
would create serious harm.
Any paid pilot or commercial deployment should use a separate written agreement that covers
support expectations, data handling, availability, and responsibilities.
Contact
For pilot, privacy, safety, or terms questions, use the Contact
page. If you are already in an eR33t Discord space, contact the server owner or an admin
there. For privacy deletion requests, include "Privacy Request" at the start of your message
so it can be routed correctly.
This page is a practical public terms page for the current AlexAI project. It is not a
substitute for review by a qualified lawyer before broader commercial rollout.
